Welcome! I help couples and individuals struggling with relationships, self-doubt, trauma, anxiety and stress to find stability and work through those "stuck" places.
The true spirit of therapy is about recognizing the ability we have to heal ourselves and the importance of our individual values and beliefs. Our brains and bodies have the capacity to re-generate and heal. However, our beliefs, thoughts and memorized patterns influence us significantly and often get in the way of healing. Oftentimes, getting to the core of these patterns in our minds, bodies and relationships allows true healing to occur. |
