If you have a different insurance provider, they may cover a portion of the fee under your out of network benefits. I am happy to provide you an invoice that can be sent in to your ins. company for reimbursement. You will be responsible for paying the full fee at the time of the session.

Tuesday-Thursday 9-6: Hour Availability Varies
$165 for a 60 minute session
$130 for a 45 minute session
$185 for a 60 minute evaluation
All fees, copays etc are due at the time of service.

Although clients are completely in control of deciding the duration and frequency of their treatment, clients can expect to have one session per week for about 48 weeks of the year (48 sessions per year). Fees for Out of Network and Private Pay clients are listed above. In network clients are subject to their plan's deductibles/copays/co-insurance amounts and can contact their carriers for accurate information. Clients can request a paper copy of the GFE and it is included in the initial paperwork.
No Show Fees and Late Cancel Fee (less than 24 hours are as follows:
First Time Fee: $50 per session missed
Subsequent Fees: $75 per session missed
